We can assess your pet, suggest an ideal weight target and put together a plan to help your pet lose weight. This could involve diet and exercise.
Your pet’s weight loss will then be monitored on a regular basis to check on progress made.
Our staff are happy to give advice or answer any questions you may have about your pet’s weight, diet or exercise.
Please make an appointment with us for a free weight assessment for your pet. Working together with our nutritionists will make losing weight a much easier target to achieve.
Dog Training
In need of some manners or agility?
We have our own dedicated dog training centre at Petfood Supplies that is run by Sarber Dog Training School. We offer a warm & friendly atmosphere. Training is inside during the Winter & in Wet Weather. As soon as summer comes we enjoy the sunshine outside!
Dog Agility is fun for you & your Dog. Dogs run around an Obstacle course letting off steam & having fun! They go over Jumps, Run through Tunnels & Tyres, Walk across Dog Walks & up A Frames, go on Seesaws & more. It’s fast, exciting & fun for all, whether it be for fun or competition. Dog Wash
Mucky Paws a problem?
If you need to wash your dog it can sometimes be a pain trying to do it in your own home. Or if you’ve been out for a long walk wouldn’t it be nice to return home with you pet smelling & looking nice and clean?
On our main site at Antons Gowt we have a ‘Dog Wash’. This machines gives you the ability to rinse, shampoo and dry your dog easily on a height adjustable table to make it easy no matter what your pets size is. Shampoo and warm water are dispensed gently with our sprayer to clean all the dirt away and to finish we have an air blaster to get rid of nearly all the water before drying your dog with warm air. Aprons and gloves are provided and our machine is available to use even when we are closed, simply buy your tokens in advance from our shop.
